Meet Dr. Tracy
Are you seeking to reduce the stress, anxiety, and distraction that comes with arguing with your coparent? If so, you’ve come to the right place!
As a New Ways for Families licensed co-parenting coach (High Conflict Institute), I help separated or divorced parents reduce conflict, communicate more effectively, and build healthier, more consistent environments for their children across two homes.
My approach is shaped by my strong professional foundation and decades of work in family systems, child development, and conflict resolution. With over 20 years of experience supporting parents, children and families, I bring a unique blend of diverse knowledge and expertise. My background includes serving as a family mediator, an educator in early childhood development, and as a clinical psychologist and licensed marriage and family therapist. While coaching is not therapy, my clinical and mediation background gives me a deep understanding of how to mitigate the challenges of raising children in two households. I bring to the table an understanding of the behavioral and developmental needs of children during times of transition, as well as the ability to help parents stay focused on what matters most: their children’s well-being.
I teach coparents specific skills to help them keep their emotions in check, communicate effectively, and pursue agreements that work for everyone, including the child(ren) and each of the children’s households. Within the coparenting coaching process, I offer practical tools, structured support, and a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help parents make joint decisions, navigate changes in the child’s life, and avoid court by resolve major disputes collaboratively.
Whether you’re newly separated, in a high-conflict situation, or looking to strengthen an existing co-parenting arrangement, I’ll meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward—with clarity, confidence, and care.
I also keep an ever-growing list of like-minded professionals, including attorneys, real estate professionals, therapists, financial neutrals, and others so that I can connect my clients with the support and expertise they need.
I look forward to learning about your unique situation, and how we can work together to create a calmer, happier household!
